Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, including item types, quantities, condition, and site access requirements.

Trip Fee: If the items available at pickup differ significantly from the submitted request, or if accurate access conditions are not met upon arrival, RePioneers reserves the right to charge a trip fee of up to $250.
